Real World Parents Seminar
Join us for this amazing “Real World” Parents Seminar Friday night, January 27th from 6-9pm at Nuevas Alturas in Ogden (1720 Washington Boulevard). This is an event open to all parents in Northern Utah, and is sponsored by The Huddle, a local multi-church youth ministry network that Washington Heights is a member of. Mike Kell, a pastor in Moreno Vally CA and professor at California Baptist University, will join us to kelp parents develop a “real world” approach to Christ-centered parenting. The cost is just $5 per person (payable the night of the event), and you can reserve your spot by registering online today or by stopping by the registration kiosk in the Hub at church on Sunday.
Real World Parents is designed to help parents come together to seek Godly responses to the complex challenges of being parents in today’s world. Real World Parents helps parents address complex questions:
- How do I help my children engage culture?
- How much do I protect them from culture?
- How do I educate them to be discerning and wise?
- How do I initiate spiritual conversations with them?
- How can I be a better godly example?

INSPIRING…giving your family a vision of how God wants to use you together to bring love and generosity to your community.
