Horizon: A Retreat for 11th and 12th Grade Students

Who: 9th-12th grade students

What: A retreat for 11th and 12th grade students to Jackson, WY on “What does it mean to follow Jesus after high school?” We’ll worship and learn, in addition to having fun enjoying time around town in Jackson and skiing, if that’s your cup of snow.

Where: First Baptist Church of Jackson, WY

When: President’s Day Weekend, February 17th-20th (Friday-Monday)

Will we get to ski/snowboard? If you want to, you can ski at Snow King Resort, but there’s an extra cost involved.

Cost: $40 for transportation, meals and lodging. (Additional $30 if you would like to ski/snowboard on Saturday at Snow King, plus any equipment rental.)

Registration Information: Registration is OPEN. The early-bird deadline is January 29th (save $10), and the final registration deadline is February 12th. You can grab a registration form at church, or just download one here.

What to Bring: warm clothes, walking shoes or boots, sleeping bag, pillow, sleeping pad (optional), towels, toiletries, plastic bag for wet/damp clothes and towels, Bible, notebook or journal, dressy attire for Saturday night dinner, money for souvenirs and/or shopping in Jackson, and ski/snowboard equipment (optional). Please note that once you sign up, you will also be sent additional paperwork to complete before the trip.
