Welcome to Convergent
The 6th-8th grade years are monumental and come with a mix of chaos and beauty for youth and adults. It’s chaotic in that their world is beginning to change--resulting in confusion, frustration and pain. That’s not the entire story, because these years are beautiful and wonderful in that they are increasingly becoming the people God designed them to be resulting in amazing growth. 6th -8th graders are created in God’s image and because their world is in flux, we might just have to dig around, celebrate their victories, bind up their broken hearts, in order to find the God given treasures that they are!
Convergent is a place where 6th-8th grade students, their families, and the greater church community comes together to journey towards the cross of Jesus Christ where we can be transformed into all that God designed in us. Sunday mornings we gather together as a large group from 10:20-11:30 am. Wednesday nights we break into grade and gender specific small groups (GO Groups) and dive deeper into our relationship with God and friends from 6:30-8:15 pm.
